Refund policy

RETURNS: STORE CREDIT 

With limited exceptions, valid returns with 7 days of RECEIPT are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock or Store Credit

All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed. 

All shape wears, swimsuits, lingerie, accessories, bodysuit and SALE ITEMS are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective, wrong size or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the some item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you the return address

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
